box cover in the attic

I hope I didn't offend anyone by posting this. It appears to be a small box cover for a kid's toy, also found in the attic. Probably from the 40's or 50's?

    well, every good scout probably wanted to make a scalp stick. I always wanted to play the Indian role in cowboys and Indians!
